Best food memory is gathering ingredients and creating recipes in Paris for a French class I was conducting back in Texas
What is your favorite Greensbury product to cook?
I love the shrimp because they taste like little lobsters and are reliably meaty every time. After making skillet fajitas with skirt steak I think that’s my second favorite.

Go to recipe when I have nothing readily available is my Blackened Salmon with Lemon Caper Aioli recipe.
