How long have you been cooking?

I have been cooking for many years but more into experimenting for over a decade.

What made you get interested in cooking?

I originally traveled to Peru and on an impromptu cooking class the chef took us to the market and had us cook an entire meal from scratch and it inspired me and ignited this new passion in my life.

What is your best food memory?

I really love a lot of cooking my family has done but I have had the privilege of doing a cooking class in almost every country I have traveled and have experimented with those ideas when I come home. For example in India I learned how to make cheese (paneer) and it blew my mind! To top it off I have also remember eating incredible shishkabobs at my families home where I was born and have always wanted to recreate it.

What is your favorite Greensbury product to cook?

I love the chicken thighs the most! They are so versatile and taste amazing!!

What is your go-to recipe?

When I don’t have time I love to smoke chicken and or fry fish. It’s so easy and always so tasty. For example I do a skin on salmon piece in a frying pan with some olive oil. I cook the fish with dill weed and some sesame seed oil and salt and once the skin is crispy I turn off the heat and flip and give it a minute or so. For chicken thighs, I love Indian food and normally marinate chicken thighs overnight in a tikka masala with olive oil and smoke with apple wood and it’s delicious every time! Also, whole chicken from Greensbury is amazing too! I love spatchcocking a chicken with some tasty spices on my Traeger.
