How long have you been cooking?
I have been cooking since I am 10 years old
What made you get interested in cooking?
My interest in cooking comes from two places. Watching and helping my grandma and hanging out in my parents best friends luncheonette where I fast became a short order cook and by the age of 13 could handle a knife like a professional chef.
What is your best food memory?
Beyond a doubt fishing with my grandparents, they owned a fish market. They took us to 1000 Islands where we cooked what we caught on one of the islands.
What is your favorite Greensbury product to cook?
Chicken Thighs!
What is your go-to recipe?
Sheet pans are my go to with delicious roasted chicken thighs, crispy seasoned potatoes and fresh green beans. This is my ultimate comfort food too!
