It's a "Mom & Pop Farm" where everyone from animals to travelers are welcome. Geri and Kerry of Maloney Farm in Weyers Cave, VA have been raising chickens for over a decade. It's a love story of sorts, "I knew how to raise the birds, Kerry had the smarts to run the farm...it was a perfect match" says Geri.
The farmers attribute the quality of their birds to more space per animal, higher quality feed, and personal control over their chicken houses.
"We never feed our chickens any synthetic herbicides, pesticides, GMO's, gluten, or animal by-products."
