Staying at home this Mother’s Day doesn’t have to keep us from treating Mom to a gourmet, healthy meal. 

They say the way to a person’s heart is their stomach, and Mom is no different.  But with stay-at-home orders abounding, you can’t take Mom to her favorite restaurant this year like you usually do.  Instead, surprise her with a restaurant-quality meal prepared with organic, high quality proteins.  Depending on your situation, this could mean serving the meal in your dining room, dropping it off with your own form of “contactless delivery” or sending a special gift to Mom’s doorstep. Option 1: Keep it Simple

When choosing the meal to prepare, select something simple with just a few ingredients. You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal. With prime ingredients and a good, tried and true recipe, you can create a decadent dish without the labor.

In this recipe, the bacon not only adds flavor, but also bastes the organic boneless pork loin roast as it’s cooking.
