I don’t have many family recipes, but this brisket is one of the best. My aunt first introduced me to this recipe 13 years ago, and I have been making it ever since. Over the years, I have made a few minor changes that make the recipe a bit easier to fit my busy lifestyle.
3 Ingredient Chicken Wings.
I make these three-ingredient chicken wings as appetizers for practically every dinner party I host. Inevitably, all the kids are full from eating so many wings before dinner is even served! They are so incredibly easy and always come out delicious. After you make these once, you will see why they never fail to be the hit of the party.
Oh-So-Simple Honey Mustard Chicken.
This chicken recipe is definitely the one I have shared the most. The feedback is always the same—“OMG! I didn’t want to make it because I don’t like curry. But you insisted, and I tried it. My whole family loves it, especially my kids—even the picky one!” If you have five minutes in the morning, put the ingredients in a Ziploc bag, add the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator during the day. Then just put it in a baking pan and bake it when you are ready to serve dinner. It doesn't get much easier than that!
The Best Baked Salami.
My salami recipe comes from a friend. After tasting it at her house—and probably finishing off a good majority of the salami all by myself—I knew it was something I had to start making and add to my blog. This salami is by far one of my kids’ favorite appetizers and always a huge hit with adults as well.

Can you say simple? This has to be one of the easiest salmon dishes you are ever going to make! You absolutely cannot mess this up (just don’t overcook it!). The 3-ingredient recipe with all prepared sauces is an instant hit with family and friends.
Crispy Cornflake Chicken.
I started making this recipe while searching for a healthier version of fried chicken. My kids, like most, love Corn Flakes. I thought it would be a fun activity to make this meal with their help, and our first try was a huge success! My boys like to dip the cornflake chicken in ketchup. Try it with your kids.
