4-6 slices Organic Applewood Smoked Bacon
1 head of broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
Avocado or olive oil
Sea salt
Garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse vegetables and chop into small pieces.
Toss vegetables with oil, sea salt and garlic powder.
Place seasoned vegetables on a parchment paper lined sheet tray and then layer on bacon slices.
Roast for 25-40 minutes depending on your oven and preferred level of crispiness.
