Bacon Quiche

This breakfast quiche from @feyginfoto is the perfect way to start your day or end it (breakfast for dinner, anyone?). Whether you make your own dough or buy premade, this dish is worth making over and over. Add your favorite seasonal veggies to take it to the next level!

Ingredients
- 1 crust (homemade or premade)
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper

8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bake the bacon in the oven at 350 and dice when ready.
Make your own dough or buy premade. Roll out (if necessary) and line dish evenly with dough.
Combine eggs, half-n-half, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Evenly distribute cooked bacon and cheeses (and any additional chopped veggies) on the bottom of the quiche crust.
Pour egg mixture over crust.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
