Ingredients
-
Whole Chicken
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Seasoning of your choosing
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Take the frozen chicken out & place in a roasting pan.
Add 2 inches of water in the bottom of the pan.
Salt/pepper and season the chicken to your liking.
Bake for 2.5 hrs then remove the cover, baste the chicken, and bake uncovered for ~30 minutes more.
You can use a meat thermometer to ensure that it’s done (165F degrees internal temp)
Recipe Note
*You can bake 2 frozen chickens at once if you have a big enough pan, it just takes probably an hour or so longer.
