One of the things we love about Greensbury's organic, free-range chicken wings is that there seems to be no end to the ways you can cook them. This garlic parmesan recipe from the Big Green Egg kitchen is just another example. It's easy to make, uses simple ingredients and can be on the table in about 30 minutes!

Ingredients
-
2 lbs. organic chicken wings
2 Tbsp. garlic paste
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
2 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Directions
One hour before the cook, pat the free-range chicken wings dry with paper towels and place on a sheet pan in the refrigerator to dry completely.
Set up your grill for direct cooking and preheat to 350°F.
Remove the wings from the refrigerator and place on the grill. Cook for approximately 10 minutes and then flip the wings over and cook for another 10 minutes.
Increase the grill temperature to 400°F.
Continue cooking the wings for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the wings from the grill and place into a large bowl. While the wings are still hot, coat the wings in melted butter, garlic paste, parmesan, parsley, and salt. Mix until the wings are fully coated.
Recipe Note
Pro Tip: If you want to include the kids in the preparation, the garlic parmesan mixture is perfect for even the smallest chefs!
