Sea scallops, when cooked properly, can make for an easy meal that can be prepared in very little time and with even less effort. And since these jewels of the sea are available frozen, keeping them in your freezer and defrosting them when it's seafood night makes enjoying scallops just too easy.

Ingredients
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
-
1lb. Greensbury Market Wild Caught Sea Scallops, defrosted and patted dry
1/2 Tbsp minced jarred garlic
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic to pan and cook 2 minutes.
Add scallops to pan and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes each side.
Remove from heat and add orange juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
