Creamy Creole Shrimp & "Grits"

This 4 ingredient recipe from @pennysprimal is ready in 15 minutes and is made with wild caught shrimp and Mesa De Vida Creole recipe starter sauce for the most amazing creole flavor without all the work. Ingredients

1 pound wild caught shrimp (peeled and deveined)
9 ounce jar Mesa De Vida Creole sauce
13.5 ounces Coconut cream
12 ounces frozen cauliflower rice
Salt (to taste)
Directions
Pour creole sauce into a large skillet.
Add coconut cream and stir to combine.
Add cauliflower rice and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Salt to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
