Ingredients

Skin-on Salmon
- Teriyaki Sauce, your choice
- Garnish options: Furikake, sesame seeds and scallions
- 8 oz. Mushrooms, small dice
- Cooked Brown Rice
- Black Garlic and Umami seasoning from @traderjoes
- Scallions
- Vegetables of choice, frozen or fresh
- Chili Garlic paste @leekumkeeusa
- 1-2 tsp arrowroot powder dissolved in a shot glass of water.

Chili-Garlic Vegetable Stir-Fry
Directions
Teriyaki Salmon
- Pat dry salmon and score skin.
- Sear skin side down first on medium high for 3-4 minutes or until skin is golden crispy.
- Flip salmon and pour in teriyaki sauce, avoiding the crispy skin, just until salmon is in a shallow pool of sauce.
- Cook for another 2 min. And remove from heat.
Black Garlic & Mushroom Brown Fried Rice
- Sauté onions and mushroom
- Add cooked brown rice
Season with umami seasoning and black garlic
- Salt to taste. Garnish with scallions
Chili-Garlic Vegetable Stir-Fry
- Sauté your vegetables until almost cooked.
- Add 1-2 tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce. Sauce a couple minutes.
- Add arrowroot and water mixture to the sauté to create a glossy sauce.
- Add more water if sauce is too thick or a splash of coconut aminos.
