Minimal prep, minimal time, and easy to cook! This recipe by @realfoodwithaltitude will come in handy with any leftover proteins and veggies.

Ingredients
-
1 lb Beef Tenderloin Tips
2 cups Pineapple, cubed
1 Green Bell Pepper, cubed
1 Red Onion, cubed
1 bottle Classic Marinade from The New Primal
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into a gallon size Ziplock bag or a large bowl. Marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
When you are ready to cook, heat a large pan to medium high heat. Pour everything that has been marinated, including the sauce, into the pan.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and veggies are fork tender.
Serve over your favorite grain or veggie (cauliflower rice, rice, quinoa, etc.)
Recipe Note
- Use any meat that you and your family enjoys!
- Make it as easy on yourself and get a pre-made marinade!
- You can do this in a cast iron on the grill to keep your house cool in the summer or on the stove if you prefer.
- Serve this over any rice of your choosing. To make it Whole30 compatible, cauliflower rice is a good option. If you like rice, quinoa, or any other grain, those are delicious too!
