Ingredients
2 cups warm water (separated into 1 cup portions)
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. salt
6(ish) cups flour
Directions
Add sugar, salt, oil and 1 cup water to mixer bowl.

Gradually mix in the flour--1 cup at a time--until the dough becomes sticky but not overly wet. Make sure that each cup of flour is fully incorporated into the dough before adding the next cup.
Cover the dough and let rise until double in size (usually about 30-60 minutes).
Form into 16 equal sized rolls. Cover again and let rise until double in size (usually about 30-60 minutes).
Pre-heat over to 350°F and then bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and baste with butter while rolls are still warm.
