Easy Pork Chop Marinade
Rated 4.5 stars by 94 users
Marinades are a great way to get dinner on the table quickly. Make them the night before, or the same morning, let the protein absorb all the great flavors and then when it's time to cook, pull the protein out of the refrigerator, shake off any excess marinade and start cooking!

Ingredients
-
2-4 6oz. organic boneless pork chops
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Champagne vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
1 tsp. parsley (minced)
1 tsp. thyme (minced)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Whisk all marinade ingredients together and pour into a gallon size zip-top bag along with the pork chops. Set aside a small amount of the marinade to pour over when pork chops are finished cooking.
Place in your refrigerator for at least an hour, but preferably at least 2 hours. You can also leave it marinating overnight!
When you are ready to cook, grease your air fryer or sheet pan with your favorite cooking fat. For the air fryer, cook on 375°F for 10-12 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. For the oven, cook 375°F for 15-20 minutes. For both the oven and the air fryer, cook until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Garnish with the extra marinade that you set aside and enjoy!
