Garlic & Ghee Sirloin Steak Bites

Wait till you taste these Garlic & Ghee Steak Bites from @pennysprimal made with Greensbury Market organic grass-fed tenderloin filet tips. Is there anything more delicious than steak that melts in your mouth and is covered in a garlicky, buttery sauce with mushrooms? I think not and your family will be begging for more! Be sure to serve it over creamy mashed potatoes to soak up all the delicious sauce!

Ingredients

1 lb. organic grass fed tenderloin filet tips (cut into bite size pieces)
10 oz. mushrooms (cut into quarters)
8 large cloves of garlic (minced)
4 tbsp. ghee (divided)
1 tbsp. coconut aminos
2 tbsp. arrowroot powder

2 cups beef bone broth
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. thyme (minced)
Directions
Melt half the ghee in a large skillet.
Add mushrooms and cook until browning, then move to a plate.
Add remaining ghee to the skillet and melt.
Add filet tips, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook filet tips for 2 minutes per side and remove to a plate.
Add arrowroot to broth and whisk well. Add to the skillet and bring to a slow boil.
Add coconut aminos, lower heat and simmer until thickening.
Add filet tips and mushrooms back to the skillet and stir well to full coat the filet tips.
Add thyme and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
