4 organic, free-range boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 - 1/3 cup hummus
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
Dry chicken thoroughly and salt and pepper both sides.
Lay chicken breasts on the sheet tray and spread a thin layer of hummus over each (make sure each chicken breast is completely coated)
Sprinkle smoked paprika evenly over each chicken breast
Bake to an internal temperature of 165 degrees (usually about 20 - 22 minutes depending on your oven)
Set the oven to broil and cook about 3 more minutes until the hummus is dry.
