Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops
3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon @mccormickspice
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Marinade
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients and pour into an airtight bag with pork chops. Set aside some marinade to use later. Leave marinated pork chops in the refrigerator overnight.
Heat grill on medium heat.
Grill pork chops until no more pink inside, about 8 minutes per side.
Before flipping, add saved marinade to the top of the chops to give some more color and flavor.
