Miso Hot Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl
We love this dish by Grace Dvornik which is packed with flavor! She loves our Greensbury Atlantic Salmon and uses a glaze using Hawaiian chili honey from Aloha Honey Farm.
2 Atlantic Salmon Filet
3 Tbsp Miso Paste
2 Tbsp Hot Honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Mix the ingredients for the glaze together in a bowl (minus the salmon)
Take thawed salmon filet and spread glaze over front and back of salmon.
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat then place coated filets in pan and sear OR cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Add rice, roasted broccoli, kimchi, and avocado to the bowl and place salmon filets on top.
