Ingredients

Organic, Free-Range Chicken Breasts
Mayonnaise
Corn Flakes
Parmesan garlic rub or garlic salt
Butter
Hot Sauce
Directions
Slice chicken breast into 3 strips.
Lightly coat chicken in Mayo and coat strips in medium crushed corn flakes then place on a wire rack.
Season with Parmesan garlic rub or garlic salt.
Grill strips at 400F for 20-25 mins until IT reaches 165F. You can easily do these in the oven too.
Coat chicken in sauce and enjoy!
Sauce:
Melt 1 stick of butter and mix in 1/2c finely grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp hot sauce
