Sometimes, you've got to mix up a classic, like hamburgers, and this recipe from @feyginfoto is the perfect way to do that. With a little bit of zing to them, these pork burgers will give your taste buds the variety they want.

Ingredients
-
2 lbs ground pork
- 3 scallions, diced
- 2 tsp ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
In a large bowl, mix 2 lb of pork with the 3 diced scallions, 2 tsp ginger, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp of the toasted sesame oil, 2 tsp of kosher salt.
Form the meat into 3/4-inch thick patties (don’t press too hard - want them to still have some air inside).
Place the patties in the fridge for least an hour to harden the shape.
In a medium bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with the 3 tsp rice vinegar, 3 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp of sesame oil. Season with kosher salt and pepper.
Place the patties on the grates and grill for about 4 min per side or till you reach the desired temp.
Set the burgers on the buns, top with the slaw and enjoy.
