Pork Chili

Enjoy this chili recipe from @feyginfoto! It is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy! Freeze leftovers to have a quick meal for those busy weeknights.

Ingredients

2 pounds organic ground pork
- 1 large red onion
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1/2 bag of frozen roasted corn
3 tbsp of maple syrup - Eugene uses @boxlermaple
Directions
Using Saute setting on Instant Pot, heat olive oil and saute onions and pork until pork is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Add chili powder and oregano and stir to combine with pork.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, corn, and maple syrup.
Turn Instant Pot to Slow Cook function on high. Cover pot with a lid and cook for 1 hour or more, stirring occasionally.
