Quick and Easy Baked Cod
This baked cod recipe is so easy, you won't believe it! It was inspired by Santana's search for a great tasting recipe that didn't involve some type of breading or crazy ingredients she didn't have at home. She based it on one of her father-in-law's favorite snacks--cold shrimp with seasoned salt. She figured if it works with shrimp, then why not try it with cod? Her family loved it and now it's one of her go-to recipes!
4 6oz. wild caught cod filets
Seasoned salt and pepper
Line a sheet pan with foil and preheat oven to 350°F.
Season the cod filets with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 8-12 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145° or flaky and opaque in color.
Serve with your favorite side dishes!
