Kids love dipping their foods in sauces, and this tangy cream cheese sauce is one of the best. It's also made with no butter or oil, so it's slightly healthier than traditional recipes for cream cheese dip. Your kids will love it!

Ingredients
1 can (14.75 oz.) wild caught sockeye salmon
1 package cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 tsp. lemon juice
Panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Drain salmon from the can and gently mix in a bowl with cream cheese, buttermilk, and lemon juice. Use a spoon to form the salmon mixture into sticks.
Roll each stick in Panko bread crumbs until coated.
Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
