This kid-friendly wild salmon pizza is always a crowd-pleaser. Use a ready-made crust or create it with this easy-to-make yeast-free pizza dough. Kids love to get involved in rolling out the dough and adding toppings.

Ingredients
1 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup water

2 6oz. wild sockeye Alaskan sockeye salmon filets (grilled and broken into pieces)
1 tsp. tomato paste
1/2 onion (finely diced)
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
Cream cheese
Additional toppings of your choice!

Directions
Preheat oven to 390°F. Mix the pizza base dry ingredients together. Add 3/4 cup of water and oil. Stir until it combines. If the dough is stiff, add more water. The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a circle – approx. 1 cm in thickness. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Spread the tomato paste over the rolled-out dough and then add the toppings.
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, and enjoy!
