Seared Yellowfin Tuna
Team USA beach volleyball player Kelley Kolinske (@kelleykolinske) says this recipe is quickly becoming one of her favorites. Not only is tasty and nutritious, it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and cook!
6 oz raw Yellowfin Tuna
1/2 tsp olive oil
Add a bit of salt and pepper to each side of tuna.
Add olive oil to pan and cook tuna on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
