Shrimp Gambas

This recipe requires very few ingredients but is packed with so much flavor! Made with Greensbury's wild-caught shrimp!

Ingredients

3 lbs shrimp peeled, deveined and butterflied
2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
12 garlic cloves, minced
1Tbsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Rose's Lime Juice
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Heat a cast iron pan to medium-low heat
Add 2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sauté minced garlic 1-2 minutes until soft and translucent (do not let the garlic brown)
Add 2 Tbsp red pepper flakes and sauté for 15-20 secs
Add shrimp and cook until it they turn pink
Remove pan from flame and add in Rose's Lime Juice.
Stir to coat the shrimp
Add chopped parsley and give it one last stir
Enjoy!
