Use salmon in place of red meat on a traditional kebab or skewer recipe to sneak some fish into your child's diet. A meal served on a stick always proves to be a fun choice for even the most finicky kids.

Ingredients
-
2 6oz. Atlantic salmon filets
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 large sweet onion
Directions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for half an hour to avoid burning during cooking.
Cut salmon into chunks about the same size as the tomato pieces and onion wedges.
Alternate placing fish and tomato pieces on skewers with onion wedges.
Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked thoroughly, turning every 3-4 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
