Ingredients

2 lb chuck roast
1 medium onion, sliced
1 16.9 oz box beef bone broth
1 jar Mesa de Vida Smoky Latin Recipe Starter Sauce or other Latin-inspired sauce of choice
Directions
Add onions and beef roast to slow cooker.
Add 1 box 16.9 oz beef bone broth.
Add Mesa de Vida Smoky Latin Recipe Starter Sauce or other sauce of choice.
Slow cook on low 6-7 hours.
Shred with fork and stir to combine sauce
Garnish with limes and Cilantro
