Sundried Tomato Chicken Burgers

From the kitchen of @pennysprimal comes another mouth-watering recipe to switch up your burgers. The flavorful secret to this recipe are the crispy shallots on top! It's incredibly quick to make, Whole 30 and Paleo!

Ingredients
-
1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, slivered
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Shallots, sliced
Directions
Cook shallots in oil on medium heat until crispy. Move to a paper towel on a plate to drain.
Mix all ingredients except shallots in a bowl and form 4 patties.
Heat oil in pan and cook burgers 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Enjoy!
