Easy Chicken Shawarma

Easy Chicken Shawarma

If you love street food, chances are you’ve enjoyed Chicken Shawarma. The mixture of flavors and textures is second to none and pretty much addictive. No, we don’t have a spit to layer meat and fat on for that delicious flavor, but with chicken fajita meat, all you need is a quick spice rub (leave it on as long as you can up to overnight) + a few minutes in a hot skillet and you’ve got your own #makeyourowntakeout version of Shawarma!
Blackened Salmon with Lemon Caper Ailoi

Blackened Salmon with Lemon Caper Ailoi

Salmon is my go-to when I need a quick dinner. Even if it is completely frozen, it will be cooked to a perfect medium in around 10 minutes.

While you can certainly season the fillets with only salt and pepper, with a few extra spices, you can amp up your midweek meal to dinner party status. This Lemon Caper Aioli takes it over the top!
Sausage, Broccoli and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

Sausage, Broccoli and Potato Sheet Pan Dinner

“What can I cook without ACTUALLY cooking?”  Italian sausages roast to a golden brown in about the same time as potatoes. Add broccoli in the last 10 minutes for a complete meal that is virtually hands off. The entire meal will be ready to serve in well under 30 minutes and is Whole30 friendly!
