Our prime rib roast is pre-seasoned with garlic & herbs and makes cooking for a crowd a breeze. Simply defrost and put in the oven while still in the bag. Easy doesn’t mean bland with this holiday favorite; the garlic-herb seasoning accentuates the amazing flavor while adding that special something to this American sourced, grass-fed, organic prime rib roast.

Perfect for holiday meals or any occasion. This pre-seasoned boneless roast cooks perfectly in the oven-safe cooking bag so all you need to do is thaw and put it in the oven! The garlic-herb seasoning beautifully brings out the amazing flavor of this American sourced, grass-fed, organic prime rib.

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to thaw. When ready to thaw, keep in the plastic bag and place in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed and ready to cook, preheat oven to 350°, place roast on a sheet tray and use a knife to make a 3" slit in the top of the bag. Place in oven and cook to an internal temperature of 130° (usually about 75-90 minutes depending on your oven). Remove from oven, let rest for about 10 minutes, remove from bag, slice and enjoy!
