Our wild-caught Alaskan halibut is caught in the Pacific Ocean and sourced from a fishery committed to sustainable fishing methods, such as long-line fishing, hand-line fishing, and troll, jig, and spear gun fishing. These methods have a limited impact on the ocean's ecosystem and low levels of bycatch. Halibut is lean and heart-healthy; it's an ideal source of protein and iron, and best seared in a large skillet.
