Our Market Reserve steaks are dry aged 21-24 days, certified organic and grass fed and finished. They are sourced from cattle raised on a family ranch in the US, so you know you're getting the best grass-fed organic beef. Our ranchers, located in Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, and Illinois, raise their cattle on a diet that's completely grass-fed and grass finished. Cattle roam freely on open pastures, and they're never administered hormones or antibiotics. Plus, grass-fed beef has higher levels of omega-3s and lower levels of saturated fat than traditional beef. Packaged to optimize taste and freshness, beef is dry-aged for 21-24 days.
