Perfect for holiday meals or any occasion. This pre-seasoned boneless pork roast cooks perfectly in the oven-safe cooking bag so all you need to do is thaw and put it in the oven! The Tuscan herb seasoning wonderfully complements the amazing taste of the organic boneless pork loin.
Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to thaw. When ready to thaw, keep in the plastic bag and place in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed and ready to cook, preheat oven to 325°, place roast on a sheet tray and use a knife to make a 1" slit in the top of the bag. Place in oven and cook to an internal temperature of 145° (usually about 60-75 minutes depending on your oven). Remove from oven, let rest for about 10 minutes, remove from bag, slice and enjoy!
Ingredients: Organic Pork, porchetta seasoning blend (spices, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, tomato powder, salt, dehydrated bell peppers, silicon dioxide (prevents caking), and parsley.
