At Koch's, the farmers are committed to raising poultry that is Certified Humane, USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project certified, and never administered hormones, antibiotics, and steroids. All turkeys are gluten free and animals are fed an all-natural, organic diet. Ground dark turkey is perfect for a healthy take on our favorite classics: burgers, meatballs, and chili.
