Our Fisheries
We are committed to sourcing seafood that has been fished or farmed responsibly. Therefore, Greensbury Market only carries seafood that is rated "best choice" or "good alternative" by the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program.
The seafood we choose is fished or farmed in ways that protect sea life and habitats.
We also source many of our seafood products that are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) who are considered to be the world's leading certification body for sustainable seafood.

"Our standards prohibit the use of antibiotics, added growth hormones, added preservatives like sulfites and phosphates, genetically-modified seafood and land animal by-products in feed. Our standards require that producers protect water quality, wildlife and ecosystems. And we require third-party audits and traceability from farm to market."
