Did You Know? In 2016, an active player tested positive for clenbuterol after eating Mexican beef, leading the NFL to issue a warning to players that eating meat sourced from countries other than the United States could lead to testing positive PED tests.

To help ensure that quality is maintained, all of our proteins are flash frozen at their peak point of freshness. Unlike meats purchased from a meat counter that are already degrading before they leave the store, flash freezing retains all the natural taste, texture, and nutritional qualities. Plus, everything we sell is portioned sized and individually sealed so you use only what you want, when you want and nothing goes to waste.

All our beef is 100% American sourced from small, family owned farms that are USDA certified organic. The cattle are pasture raised and fed a diet of organic grasses and other all natural ruminants. They are never given growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs, or other chemicals. 100% grass-fed beef like ours is lower in calories, lower in saturated in fats and higher in Omega-3s than conventional “grocery store” beef.

We source our chicken from a collective of farms in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. The farms are USDA certified organic and certified humane. The birds are free range and fed an all-vegetarian diet that is free from growth hormones, antibiotics, GMOs and any animal by-products.

Our USDA certified organic pork comes from family farmers in Wisconsin. The hogs are pasture-raised on an all-vegetarian diet of corn, alfalfa, and minerals. They are never given GMOs, growth hormones, antibiotics or by-products. We also offer organic bacon sourced from a family run smokehouse in Vermont that has been smoking meats for nearly a hundred years.

Sometimes called America’s “original” red meat, Bison is incredibly flavorful, tender and even leaner than beef. Our bison is from Colorado where the animals are free-range, 100% grass-fed and never given growth hormones, antibiotics or other chemicals.

We work with fishermen and fisheries that are certified by either the Marine Stewardship Council and/or the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program. Our seafood line includes the finest finfish like wild caught Sockeye salmon, wild caught halibut plus great shellfish options including lobster tails, sea scallops and shrimp.
