Ted was raised in the midwest in the traditions of home cooked, family meals made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. He appreciates the positive impact that a shared meal can have in relationships and believes the quality of ingredients only enhances that experience. An excellent recipe follower, Ted is always ready to try new things in the kitchen and right now he is experimenting with the sous-vide cooking method to perfectly cook things like our Organic Grass-Fed Flank Steak and Organic Grass-Fed New York Strip.
COO & CFO
Mrinali studied accounting and finance in Texas. When she moved to NY, she took a quick interest in Greensbury and it's mission to provide the highest quality proteins to all Americans. She has a strong affinity for taking care of both our bodies and our ecosystem - it was a natural fit. Mrinali makes sure everything runs smoothly, from our sourcing to logistics. She is the backbone of our team and loves our wild salmon.
Partnerships & Content Marketing
Hannah studied Health Policy at Ithaca College where she spent weekends on Cayuga Lake appreciating Ithaca’s wonderful farmers’ market. She loves good, healthy food and believes that eating well is a key component to overall wellness. Currently, she resides in Brooklyn and enjoys sharing meals with friends, running & yoga, and exploring the city’s many enclaves. Hannah loves being a part of the Greensbury team & especially enjoys our wild-caught salmon.

Todd grew up with a hippie mother that never allowed him to eat processed foods. 25 years later he decided to convert his traditional wholesale meat and seafood distributor, to Greensbury Market after he cooked an organic grass fed steak next to a traditional grain fed steak. Todd's currently cooking a lot of organic ground turkey.
Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board
Brad is a graduate of West Point, an Airborne Ranger and serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Greensbury when his son Elvis was born in 2008 and he committed to providing him a diet of organic meats and sustainable seafood. When his sister Scout joined the family, she appreciated all the hard work. Brad, Elvis and Scout's favorite product is the organic grass fed New York strip steak.
Investor & Board Member
Ray is the founder of Rastelli Food Group, a family owned food distributor and market operator headquartered in Swedsboro, NJ. With 40 years of experience, Ray absolutely loved how Brad and Todd were trying to change the way people eat. Ray is old school and likes the fatty organic grass fed ribeye steak.
Investor Health & Wellness Expert
Jillian Michaels is a fitness guru who joined the NBC reality show The Biggest Loser in 2004 as its strength coach. She has two children with her partner Heidi Rhoades. Jillian's favorite product is the wild alaskan halibut.
