Our organic pork is raised in Wisconsin by family farmers who are committed to raising animals ethically and treating the environment with care. The hogs are pasture raised on pesticide-free land and free from GMOs, hormones, and antibiotics. They are fed an all-vegetarian, organic diet consisting of corn, alfalfa, and minerals.
Our organic meat satisfies all USDA organic regulatory standards. This means our cattle have year-round access to the outdoors, are never subject to genetic engineering, are fed certified organic feed, and raised on certified organic land.
Our cattle live their lives the way nature intended. They spend the duration of their lives freely roaming on open pastures and are even provided with optional shelter in cases of inclement weather.
Our chickens are raised on feed that is made entirely from plant materials and free of animal by-products.
Our animals are raised in a manner that conserves natural resources and biodiversity using systems and techniques that conserve and protect the environment.
No antibiotics of any kind were used in the raising of the animals, not even to prevent and/or treat sickness. Sick animals that require antibiotics are removed from the herd and raised and harvested separately.
When we say Made in the USA, we mean that the animal spent its entire life in the United States from birth to harvest. Don’t be fooled by “Product of USA” labeling which can be applied to products from animals that were born and harvested outside the United States but are final-processed and packaged domestically.
